Owner/Licensed Massage Therapist | MA61546567 My massage style Modalities and techniques are tools in my toolkit, and I often like to think of each massage as a renovation that might require the use of all tools in some capacity, depending on the client goals and blueprint for what needs to be done. While I offer therapeutic massage based in Swedish, I ultimately aim to create a customized, full-body experience for each client that adds in myofascial release, neuromuscular technique, cupping, assisted stretching/movement, lymphatic facilitation, sports massage, and hydrotherapy techniques in some capacity every single session (with informed consent, of course), and as appropriate to the needs of the client. I enjoy working through the many layers of tissue using deep, slow strokes and take additional time to work through specific areas of focus. Clients have described my massages as relaxing while providing the detailed, effective techniques that make them feel like their concerns have been met. Prospective clients who are at any stage of their wellness journeys and have a desire to learn more about their bodies are welcome. In order to see lasting change, it’s important for clients to be engaged in the process and open to recognizing the importance of self-care in order to perform their activities of daily life as best as possible. I’m looking to develop long-term connections with clients.
